Mangoes
Available
in different forms, Thai mangoes are full of goodness and
rich in vitamin A and C. Amongst them, Ivory mango stands
at the heart of taste. Its sweet, smooth and succulent flesh
will have you coming back for more. What’s more, you can
use mangoes for dessert such as mango puddings, which makes
it a true delight.
Rambutans
Never judge a rambutan by its appearance. Despite the red
filaments covering it, the rambutan is sweet and juicy.
Abundantly found between May and September, this fruit will
give you the most refreshing experience.

Jackfruit
Like the rambutan, the jackfruit is full of goodness on
the inside. Rich in vitamins, its distinctive orange golden
flesh will leave you with the most memorable taste.
Durians
Conferred the title - king of fruits, durian has an appearance
and taste that’s second to none. Despite a pungent smell
and thorny husk, it’s has a taste that leaves royalties
and commoners savouring for more. Not convinced? Give it
a try, and you’ll be hooked for life.
Mangosteens
If durian is the king of fruits, then mangosteen has to
be the queen. Best taken after a durian feast, its cooling
and juicy taste will bring out the taste in both fruits.
Pomelos
If you’re a citrus fruit lover, you’ll definitely crave
for the pomelo. Considered to be the biggest amongst citrus
fruits, one pomelo for even the biggest eater will be more
than enough.
Young Coconut
Available
all year round, the cool light refreshing juice of fresh
young coconuts is a popular “Welcome Drink” and mixer for
exotic tropical cocktails. The tender, white flesh is edible
and can be easily scooped out with a spoon. It is often
featured as a key ingredient in light desserts served with
crushed or shaved ice and topped with coconut milk.
Watermelon
or "Taeng Mo"
Thai water melons are said to be the best in the world in
terms of its flavour and texture. The variety with dark,
green skin has rich red flesh that is sweet and juicy, and
crisp when well-chilled. Its texture is slightly gritty.
